Our Beliefs

At Rockawalkin our vision is to be disciples of Christ in ministry to all so that we may encourage others to experience a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to share Christ's love through our words and actions.

What To Expect

Our Sunday morning worship service blends contemporary and traditional service styles and music. We use technology to enhance our service and to better appeal to those of all ages and preferences. Through the warmer months we often hold special services outdoors at our Crossroads Worship Center.

Not sure what to wear? Don’t worry, we have people attend in a variety of outfits. Our members show up in shorts and dressy t-shirts, khakis, jeans, dresses, polos, button-downs, dress shirts, ties, and suits. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed.

There is an opportunity to give donations if you feel led, though there is no pressure to do so.

Throughout the week we offer opportunities for spirital growth through Bible studies, Christian discussion, and opportunities to serve in the community.  Check out our ‘Ministries’ page for more information on these opportunities.

Welcome Bags with more detailed information are available to all visitors. If we miss you, please see an usher to let us know you are visiting and to receive a Welcome Bag.

Child Care

Childcare is provided in our nursery area from 9am-10am during the Sunday School hour. Before the worship service begins at 10am, our children are reunited with their families and begin the service in the sanctuary with the rest of the congregation. During the service, there is a short five minute Children’s Message where any child is welcome to come to the altar to participate in an age appropriate Biblical message. After this message, children through ten years of age are welcomed to move into the nursery area for childcare if they wish. We also have activity bags available at the sanctuary entrances for children who wish to remain in the sanctuary during the service.

Our childcare staff are trained by Safe Sanctuary standards, meaning we work to ensure the safety of your children at all times. See our ‘Ministries’ page for more information regarding Safe Sanctuaries policies.

Sunday School

Our Sunday School classes begin at 9am each Sunday and include classes for adults, young adults, and children ages Pre-K through 5th grade.
